OFFICIAL RULES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LIVING IN ATLANTA, FLORIDA AND NEW YORK. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18YEARS OR OLDER. By participating, you agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of by Grace Foods, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this promotion.

‍TO ENTER: Beginning May 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 you could win a new Grill or Jersey. 

Register your full name, email, zip code, contact information and upload any three Grace labels from the list of participating products (Grace Mild, Hot or Honey Jerk, Grace Jerk BBQ, Grace Caribbean Traditional Seasoning, Grace Tropical Rhythms, Grace Chips, and Grace Green Seasoning) to the website https://winwithgraceusa.com/. 

Each photo entered is an opportunity to participate in the draw.

‍ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the United States Of America living in Florida, Atlanta and New York, 18 years of age and older as of May 1. Excluding employees and relatives of Grace Foods.

‍PRIZES: There will be 40 winners across New York, Atlanta, and Florida.

PROMOTIONAL DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected randomly on the following dates:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• By entering this promotion, you give Grace Foods the right to use your image and likeness worldwide for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional or marketing.
• Enter as often as you wish to increase your chances of winning, but you can only win once.
• Winners will be notified via email and have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winners have not collected their prize, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the website entries; contact will be made to arrange for your prize to be delivered to your home. Each winner will be drawn by a representative of Grace Foods.
• Valid ID is required to redeem all prizes.
• All prizes must be redeemed by August 12, 2026.
• Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Grace Foods.
• Winners must be 18 years or older to participate and claim prizes.
• Grace Foods, their affiliated agencies and immediate family members (spouses and children) are not eligible to enter.

PRIZES SELECTION:
‍The grand draw will be selected from the website entries, using an Excel randomiser. Each entry for that week will be uploaded to the randomising software, which will select the winners for that draw. Forty (40) winners will be drawn at the end of the competition. 

‍ABOUT THE PRIZES AND THE PRIZE REDEMPTION:

• Prizes will be delivered to the winners' homes in the state of Florida, Atlanta or New York. Winners will be contacted on or before August 10, 2026.
• Winners must be 18 years or older to participate and claim prizes.
• Valid ID is required to redeem all prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• By entering this promotion, the entrant accepts and agrees to the full terms, conditions and rules of this promotion. If and when necessary, winners must make themselves available for photographs and other public relations-related appearances. Failure to appear for public relations activities will result in the winner forfeiting the prize
